Chuck leads all management, strategic planning, contract and financial management, and operational activities of Marsh Aviation including responsibility for regulatory matters. Chuck joined Marsh in 2013 and managed the reorganization of the business to perform the Company’s contracts with the Brazilian Navy and other new customers. Prior to joining Marsh, Chuck spent more than 30 years in business and finance with public and private companies involved in specialty aviation, international government contracting, advanced composites and steel manufacturing, industrial design, mining, and public accounting.
Chuck earned Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of Detroit, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Benno leads all engineering and technical development at Marsh as well as being responsible for the Company’s extensive engineering design archives. He has served as Director of Engineering since 2010. In his more than 20 years at Marsh, Benno has worked on virtually every significant modification and upgrade program in the Company’s portfolio, and served as Chief Engineer for the OV-10, C-1T/KC-2, and other programs. Benno was engaged in the design and structural analysis of the original retardant delivery system and of the engine mount systems for the Honeywell TPE331-14GR/HR engines on the HU-16B/E “Albatross” program. This led to design responsibility for the Turbo Tracker program at Marsh, and promotion to the position of Chief Engineer for the subsequent OV-10A “Bronco” and OV-10D/G “Super Bronco” programs.
Benno earned a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Haarlem in the Netherlands where he conducted original research in structures and composites. He also worked as a ground engineer for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and as an aircraft maintenance technician prior to joining Marsh in 1995.
Benno is fluent in English, Dutch and German.
Pete leads all production, fabrication and maintenance activities at Marsh including the Company’s machine, welding, electrical, pneudraulics, and assembly backshops. Pete joined Marsh Aviation in 2016 following 16 years in the U.S. Army holding various positions including Maintenance Director and Manager, and Quality Control Manager. He brings broad capability in production and maintenance activities, systems and quality control disciplines.
Pete attended the University of Maryland University College. He holds various certifications such as Six Sigma, an FCC license, and he is an FAA Aircraft and Powerplant Mechanic.
